Our herd of 200 milking cows are mostly Dairy Shorthorns, a breed which originated in the 16th century, the best milking cow of its time.
Our milk can fuel your daily cups of tea or you could also use it for the creme patisserie when baking Cricket Tea Cake, inspired by Mary Berry's visit to The Goodwood Estate.
